Regulatory Compliance Manager (m / w / d)

• Support the head of compliance and senior management in ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Monitor regulatory developments and provide guidance to business units.
• Conduct compliance monitoring and testing activities.
• Respond to regulatory inquiries and manage investigations or breach reporting.
• Prepare compliance reports and performance insights for management.
• Oversee the complaints process and integrate findings into compliance monitoring.
• Deliver compliance training and awareness programs.

Requirements :

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a legal or compliance role.
• Strong knowledge of German and EU regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in German and English.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• High standards of integrity and ethical conduct.
