BUSINESS UNIT

The corporate strategy team is dedicated to developing and driving HRS Group’s strategy across three business units: Enterprise Solutions (large global customers), Business Travel Club (German SMEs), and Destination Solutions (vacation rentals). The team contributes significantly by conceptualizing the company’s offerings based on market needs and technology trends, detailing, and executing the group-wide growth plans in local markets. Supporting group-level and high-priority BU-specific activities, the team is at the forefront of disrupting global and local markets in business travel and vacation rentals, setting new standards within these challenging ecosystems.

POSITION

As Manager Corporate Development (all genders), you will be a senior member of the corporate strategy team with direct exposure and interaction with the CEO and senior leadership. You will possess deep knowledge of core decision-making processes and the group’s strategic direction. The manager will operationalize top leadership directives through close collaboration with functional and local market leaders.

CHALLENGE

  • Own and drive diverse strategic projects from concept to realization that shape the future of HRS
  • Lead organizational performance, design, efficiency, transformation, and restructuring initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with HRS management
  • Align interdisciplinary and international project teams, as well as external partners
  • Coach business units and functional leaders on strategic issues
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of HRS business models and assume leadership responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in top-tier strategy consultancy or leading SaaS companies
  • Extensive, multi-year project experience in restructuring and organizational performance improvement
  • Passion for working in pragmatic, results-oriented environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate internationally
  • Outstanding conceptual, analytical, and structured working skills
  • Enthusiasm for solving complex tasks in interdisciplinary teams and matrix organizations
  • Ability to quickly build credibility and trust
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); German is a plus

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

This role is based in our Cologne office. The attractive remuneration package is aligned with market standards and includes a fixed monthly salary, necessary work equipment and mobility, and an annual bonus.
