1. Lead and develop a team of Project Quality Engineers.
2. Support customer projects and implement quality requirements.
3. Conduct audits, process approvals, and sampling.
4. Manage customer complaints and report quality metrics.
5. Have solid experience in automotive project quality.
6. Possess expert knowledge of IATF 16949 and VDA standards.
7. Speak and write English confidently, with an analytical and goal-oriented work approach.
8. Have leadership experience and strong team skills.
9. Proficiency in German and English is required.
