Established by Bill Foley in 1996, Foley Family Wines & Spirits (FFWS) is a portfolio of highly acclaimed wines and spirits from some of the world's greatest estates. The company owns more than 25 wineries and distilleries, each with its distinct style, legacy, and approach to hospitality.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday; based at a winery in Sonoma County.

Responsibilities

1. Development & Execution of Guest Experiences: Oversee luxury hospitality centers, collaborate with the Foley Family on site activation, train management teams, track guest experience ratings, manage P&L, and work on facility improvements.
2. Business Development & Revenue: Achieve revenue and membership targets, create programming calendars, define KPIs, analyze guest engagement, and improve processes organization-wide.
3. Team & Leadership Management: Recruit and develop teams, promote a culture of transparency and continuous improvement, lead by example, and focus on guest satisfaction and team growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Hospitality, Business, or related; MBA preferred
• 10+ years in Luxury Guest Experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work across multiple sites and remain guest-focused
