Job Description:

  1. Developing and implementing comprehensive system test plans to ensure the software meets its design and behavioral specifications.
  2. Creating and maintaining automated test scripts to streamline the testing process.
  3. Executing test cases (manual or automated) and analyzing results to report any defects or issues on bench or in vehicle.
  4. Working closely with development teams to reproduce and debug issues found during testing.
  5. Validating fixes and ensuring that corrections are effective and do not introduce new issues.
  6. Documenting testing phases and defects to improve future test plans and strategies.
  7. Staying up-to-date with new testing tools and strategies to improve test processes.
  8. Providing feedback and recommendations to improve product design, functionality, and usability based on test outcomes.

Requirements:

  1. A degree in computer science, engineering, or similar technical certifications.
  2. Familiarity with various testing techniques.
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and strong communication skills.
  4. Some travel domestically and internationally should be expected.
  5. Driving license class B.
