In the field of service for high-voltage direct current transmission systems (HVDC), you will be part of our service team and responsible for carrying out planned maintenance and servicing work on automation, communication, safety, and all other electrotechnical systems on converter stations and offshore platforms.
The projects are in Germany and several other countries, e.g., Democratic Republic of Congo, North Sea, and Baltic Sea.

How you'll make an impact
- Perform maintenance and repair of high and low voltage equipment and other components of HVDC platforms and converter stations.
- Troubleshoot plant issues on a short-term basis.
- Document activities using maintenance software.
- Adhere to internal safety specifications, statutory safety regulations, and customer requirements.
- Supervise contracted service providers, inspect their work, and ensure quality standards are met.
Your background
- Successfully completed an apprenticeship as an electronics technician for industrial engineering, energy & building services, automation technology, or mechatronics.
- Ideally, further training as a technician or master craftsman.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-oriented with experience in maintenance, commissioning, and on-site repairs.
- Proficiency in German and English at level B1 due to multinational team collaboration.
- Flexible and willing to travel domestically and internationally for several weeks, e.g., to Democratic Republic of Congo.
- Participation in 24/7 on-call service.
- Valid driving license class B.
