So what is the role?

We’re looking for a hands-on and proactive E-Commerce & Fulfillment Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Konstanz. In this key role, you’ll take ownership of our order and fulfillment operations — ensuring a seamless experience from checkout to delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with our logistics partners and internal teams to design and continuously optimize smart, scalable processes:

1. Build and refine end-to-end supply chain processes, especially during the ramp-up to serial production.

2. Select and manage logistics service providers and design smart subscription, shipping & return flows.

3. Support the implementation and digitalization of a modern ERP system to drive efficiency.

4. Shape workflows between internal teams and external partners across the value chain.

5. Oversee and manage inventory at our Konstanz location.

6. Coordinate logistics for orders, packaging, events, and internal stock transfers.

7. Maintain and improve our Shopify store setup – with a strong focus on optimizing fulfillment processes.

This is the next level you achieve after 6 months:

1. Be a driving force in transforming oursupply chain, enabling us to scale into serial production.

2. Play a key role in rolling out ourERP system, including setup and process integration.

3. Take over day-to-day fulfillment operations and ensure smooth logistics for both customers and internal teams.

4. Design efficient collaboration processes between stakeholders across the organization and our partner network.

What you need for this role:

1. Completed vocational training (e.g.Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung) or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree inLogistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

2. Initial experience inwarehouse logistics, fulfillment, or working with logistics service providers.

3. Solid understanding ofERP systems, digital tools, and process automation.

4. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and ideally prior experience with ERP or fulfillment platforms.

5. Fluency in German and English, combined with a structured working style, communication strength, and hands-on attitude.
