How you´ll help us:
As a Country Manager, you will

• Take ownership of the overall development and execution of the Company’s strategic initiatives within your designated territory, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and objectives.
• Foster, cultivate, and develop strong and meaningful relationships with customers by thoroughly assessing their needs and preferences, accompanied by expert recommendations on the most suitable products, solutions, and services tailored specifically to meet those needs.
• Meticulously plan and execute diverse sales activities aimed at achieving order intake, net sales, and gross margin targets, while continuously monitoring performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Prepare detailed quotes and bidding proposals that reflect a deep understanding of client requirements, ensuring that accuracy and quality are maintained in all deliveries to uphold the Company’s reputation for excellence.
• Negotiate contracts with customers with the utmost professionalism and business acumen, while closely following through on projects to guarantee satisfactory completion and adherence to client expectations.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction by maintaining strong and successful business relationships with both channel partners and customers, actively addressing and resolving any customer complaints and warranty issues that may arise, thereby reinforcing trust and loyalty.
• Manage strategically significant sales regions characterized by a demanding customer base, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize engagement and sales opportunities.
• Represent the Company by attending trade shows, trade partner conferences, congresses, and forums, engaging with industry stakeholders to enhance visibility and promote the Company’s offerings.
• Establish comprehensive sales plans for the territory and maintain an organized sales pipeline that is continually updated to achieve and exceed targets and quotas, ensuring consistency in performance and growth.

Requirements

Your background and skills:

• Bachelor or above business administration or technical degrees, preferably in electrical engineering, renewable energy, photovoltaic engineering, or similar disciplines.
• Native in German and business fluent in English.
• In-depth knowledge of the technical requirements for PV, energy storage systems,EV chargers in the distribution and/or utility scale segments, including product specifications, grid code requirements, competitive landscape, tender requirements etc.
• Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• More than 10 years experience in team management
• Self-motivated and performance driven
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Can-do attitude and hands-on mindset
• Proactive, dynamic, solution and customer oriented
