Lead Consultant AI (Ref : IgLWy)

We are looking to recruit for our client, a leading consulting and IT services company that is at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge technologies into practical, real-world applications. We are seeking a Lead Consultant AI to join our customer's team.

As a Lead Consultant, you will focus on optimizing our clients' core processes and leveraging their current technologies. You will drive AI strategies that support and advance the clients' business goals.

Responsibilities :

• Strategic consulting: Advise clients on developing and implementing AI strategies aligned with their business objectives.
• Project management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, modeling, implementation, and presentation of results.
• Innovative solutions: Identify new applications of data science and AI for our clients.
• Customer relationships: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, acting as the main contact for data-related issues.
• Knowledge transfer: Promote knowledge sharing within the team and support professional development.
• Quality assurance: Ensure all data analyses and models meet high-quality standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications :

• Professional experience: Several years in data science or AI, preferably in consulting, with proven project and team leadership success.
• Analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex data, interpret results, and provide actionable insights. Knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning, data visualization, cloud platforms, and AI architecture.
• Project management: Experience managing projects within schedules and budgets.
• Communication skills: Full professional proficiency in German and English, with the ability to convey complex issues clearly and present to executives and clients.
• Teamwork: Strong leadership and collaboration skills in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment.
• Customer focus: High service orientation and responsiveness to client needs.
