Responsibilities

As a Game Designer, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with programmers to develop tools and improve the interface.
• Understanding and translating designer requests into gameplay features.
• Developing and balancing gameplay mechanics and participating in prototype production.
• Managing data and system constraints, including engine impact of modifications.
• Working on progression systems, rewards, and potentially NPC / AI behavior.
• Learning the engine and understanding its constraints.

Requirements

Proven significant experience in the production of AAA games, especially on current or next-generation consoles, as a Game Designer, with skills including:

• Strong knowledge of user experience and enhancing gameplay fun.
• Basic understanding of Visual Scripting and DataAssets modification.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to work onsite in Munich, Germany (EU work authorization required).
