Responsibilities

1. Manage our Microsoft 365 environment and existing AD infrastructure
2. Provide 1st Level support to users
3. Perform hardware and software installations
4. Lead IT projects independently
5. Maintain accurate documentation in the ticket system
6. Regularly report to management

Candidate Profile

1. Stay calm under pressure, energetic and driven
2. Analytical, flexible, and communicative
3. Focused, structured, and meticulous with complex tasks
4. Knowledge in telecommunication technology
5. Basics in network technology, firewalls, routing, VPN, and WLAN
6. Excellent skills in Windows Server and Client administration
7. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
