As the Category Manager, you will develop and execute a comprehensive annual category strategy to drive business growth, including local campaign and promotional plans.
You will work closely with the Country Head to ensure alignment of the category strategy with the broader country or cluster plans, integrating Business Unit processes, LE forecasting, OBF strategy, and promotional planning.
Collaboration with central teams such as Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Pricing, and CRM will be vital to shape strategies based on local market insights.
A deep understanding of category dynamics—customers, market trends, and competitors—will help you identify growth opportunities and tackle challenges.
You will continuously analyze key KPIs across sales, category, customer, and product metrics, taking corrective actions to optimize performance.
