Senior Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Maintenance Manager to take full ownership of maintenance operations. This onsite role requires a strategic leader with a strong technical foundation and hands-on experience in storage maintenance and infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in driving maintenance excellence, managing teams, and handling Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Experience in maintenance and storage maintenance
2. Take full accountability for maintenance budgets and P&L performance
3. Collaborate closely with mid-level engineers and technicians, providing direction and support
4. Implement best practices in preventive and corrective maintenance
5. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
6. Analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence

Qualifications & Experience

1. Extensive hands-on experience in maintenance management, ideally in storage or industrial facilities
2. Proven ability to manage budgets with full P&L ownership
3. Strong leadership and team management skills, especially working with technical staff and engineers
4. Deep understanding of maintenance systems, tools, and technologies
