EU Product Management Expert of C&I (Commercial & Industry)

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and oversee C&I market strategy and manage the product portfolio in the EU, including products such as optimizer, inverter, and C&I battery storage systems.
2. Analyze new business models, emerging technologies, and market trends related to C&I products.
3. Plan new products and roadmaps; manage joint innovation projects.
4. Communicate with various industry sectors, including supermarkets, logistics, manufacturing, agriculture, and commercial sectors, to gather original requirements and help Huawei lead industry developments.
5. Represent Huawei in standard groups and establish ecosystems in regional markets to maintain industry leadership.

Experience and Skill Requirements:

• Strong market insight capabilities, including analysis of industry and technology trends, opportunities, new business models, key account strategies, and standards. Ability to provide strategic insights to headquarters and lead new business directions.
• Marketing skills, including engaging with customer experts, supporting key marketing activities, and providing technical support to sales teams.
• Expertise in power electronics, automation, inverters, and energy storage, with experience in energy industries such as photovoltaic and energy storage. R&D or testing experience in related products is preferred.
• Understanding of the development trends in the energy industry, familiarity with policies, market directions, industry/standard organizations, and equipment suppliers in various countries.

Other Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or science.
• Willingness to undertake frequent domestic and international business trips.
• Location options include Germany, Netherlands, or other specified locations.
• Proficiency in Chinese (speaking, reading, writing) is a significant advantage.
• Home office work is not permitted.
• Familiarity with optimizer, inverter, energy storage systems, and C&I industry essential.
