Job Opportunity: Consultant – Corporate Finance and Restructuring

Our client is a well-established independent consultancy specializing in supporting medium-sized businesses in their corporate finance, corporate development, and restructuring needs. With decades of experience, a network of experts, and proven methodologies, they deliver professional and impactful solutions to their clients.

Language Requirement: Fluent German

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in M&A, transaction advisory, or a related field (Big 4, similar consultancy firms, or investment banking preferred)
