The head office for the DACH and EEC markets, covering 13 countries with over 2,700 employees, is located in Düsseldorf, with around 500 employees based there.

The Strategic Key Account Manager ECommerce is responsible for implementing growth strategies for our key partnership, acting as the main contact and providing commercial expertise to drive mutual growth with partners like Zalando, Otto, About You, and Amazon. The role involves developing and executing strategic plans, managing sales, stakeholder relationships, financial planning, KPI ownership, negotiations, and budget management.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  1. Strategy: Co-develop and execute strategic plans with clear roadmaps, coordinating initiatives across functions and divisions.
  2. Sales: Manage seasonal product sales and ensure seamless order processes.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Maintain transparency and a strong network within PVH and with partners.
  4. Financial Planning: Support growth targets, integrate PVH's business models, and monitor achievements.
  5. KPI Ownership & Client Relations: Own client KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
  6. Negotiations: Negotiate order budgets and commercial moments, monitoring profitability.
  7. Budget & Target Management: Create and manage account budgets in collaboration with senior management.

Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of experience in business consulting and/or sales.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Solution-oriented, precise work approach.
  • High team spirit.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
