Do you enjoy working hands-on, being organized, and making a real difference in the employee experience? This is your opportunity to join our Spairliners HR Team in the beautiful city of Hamburg.

Tasks

  • You’ll support the entire employee journey — from onboarding to offboarding — taking care of all kinds of HR tasks like drafting reference letters, handling certificates, preparing addendums, and conducting exit interviews
  • You’ll run the entire recruiting process: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, screening applications, and talking to candidates
  • You’ll keep our HR systems up to date and manage our digital personnel files with care and accuracy
  • You’ll contribute to improving how we do things — tweaking and updating HR processes, templates, and checklists to keep everything running smoothly
  • You’ll get involved in important HR topics, like supporting our return-to-work (BEM) processes and helping shape our employee benefits program

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, training as an HR specialist, or have a similar qualification
  • You bring several years of experience in operational HR, ideally with a focus on recruiting and administration
  • You have very good knowledge of German labor law and know how to apply it in practice
  • You are confident using HR software and know your way around MS Office
  • You work independently and in a structured way, and you are someone who rolls up their sleeves and gets things done
  • You speak and write German fluently and can hold your own in English negotiations
  • You have a service-oriented mindset
  • You’re a strong communicator and enjoy working with people from all kinds of departments and backgrounds
