    YOUR ROLE

    • Actively shape data and analytics products by transforming business problems into concepts for data products and acting as a thought partner across business units and functions
    • Develop and maintain the vision and plan of data products and oversee the execution of that plan
    • Work in close collaboration with domain, data science and data platform experts using agile methods to deliver high quality data products at a fast pace
    • Conduct ideation and innovation workshops, define and design the idea along the digital product lifecycle
    • Cooperate with other departments, partners and third parties to drive business value

    YOUR SKILLS

    • Master’s degree in a quantitative field, e.g., computer science, mathematics, business informatics, physics, statistics, or related field
    • Minimum 5 years of work experience with a focus on data and analytics
    • Proven track record of delivering analytics projects from business need via prototype to value generating solution
    • Experience in data preparation, data modeling, analysis and visualization
    • Ability to present concepts in verbal and written format to both technical and non-technical colleagues
    • Hands on experience in big data technology and coding in SQL and python or similar languages
    • Agile ways of working and native user of agile processes e.g., Scrum, Kanban, BizDevOps
    • Fluent in English; German language skill is a plus
