Your Role
- Lead a team of firmware and algorithm developers, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of global development projects.
- Promote professional development through coaching, training, and feedback.
- Manage firmware projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Collaborate with other departments and international teams for integrated product development.
- Develop and implement firmware solutions for real-time and embedded systems.
- Ensure best practices in software development and firmware architecture.
- Implement testing strategies to ensure quality and reliability.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory, normative, and cybersecurity requirements.
- Identify new technologies and trends for integration into existing processes.
- Foster an innovative environment and consider global market developments.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in firmware development, including 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in C, C++, RTOS, and embedded systems.
- Experience with development tools and methodologies (e.g., Git, Agile, Scrum).
- Knowledge of legal, normative, and cybersecurity standards in firmware and product development.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, especially in an international environment.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in a dynamic, global environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams and external partners globally.
