For the development and coordination of our heavy haulage and special transport services in Poland and Eastern Europe we are looking for an

Expert - International Heavy & Special Transport (m/f/d)

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting our branches in Poland and Eastern Europe in developing our heavy and special transport activities and assisting them with the planning, processing and monitoring of ongoing heavy and oversized transports
• Supervision and management of the relationship with clients and hauliers
• Coordination of activities and operational procedures
• Monthly reporting on operational results
• Continuous improvement of service quality
  

Requirements:

• At least five years of professional experience in Heavy & Special Transport
• Previous experience in a position with supervising or leadership
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving competence
• A high degree of flexibility and negotiating skills
• Independent and result-oriented work style
• Affinity for numbers and cost awareness
• Skilled in the use of all common EDP programs
• Fluent in English, other foreign language skills are a plus
