Job Description:

We are looking for a committed and talented individual to strengthen our dynamic team in Order Management and Export. In this role, you will ensure the efficient processing and accuracy of customer orders from our distributors and key accounts. Responsibilities:

1. Independent customer support and order processing
2. Receiving orders and processing them using SAP R3
3. Coordinating delivery dates with production planning and procurement
4. Clarifying transport routes, organizing shipments, and monitoring deliveries
5. Collaborating with the distribution center
6. Preparing export-related and customer-specific documentation
7. Handling customer returns, including documentation and coordination
8. Supporting projects and additional tasks to achieve targets

Qualifications:

• Commercial training or equivalent, ideally with additional certification (e.g., Certified Foreign Trade Specialist)
• At least 3 years of experience in order management and export, preferably internationally
• Knowledge of export regulations and documentation, including IATA for air freight, is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English and German; additional languages are a plus
• Proficiency in SAP ERP and MS Office Suite
• Resilient, responsible, and proactive attitude

Working Conditions:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, with additional time off on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
