Are you looking to join a community of professionals that support the growth of Selling Partners' businesses? Amazon is seeking Account Managers to join its Cross Border (EU>UK) Marketplace Team in Germany.

Amazon's marketplace enables third-party sellers to offer over 100 million products, making it a vast and diverse shopping platform. Your role will focus on expanding the UK marketplace by building relationships with Selling Partners, supporting their launch in the Cross Border FBA program, and helping make their products available to Amazon customers across the UK.

You will lead projects to enhance seller and customer experiences, contributing significantly to Amazon's UK expansion efforts.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of selling partners, assisting with their setup, and educating them on Amazon's services and tools.
• Developing and reporting on key performance indicators, analyzing performance, and identifying improvement areas.
• Gathering seller feedback to assess performance and drive satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both German and English.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated team player with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, think strategically and tactically, with attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in developing innovative solutions in a dynamic business environment.
• Strong analytical and project management skills, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
