YOUR TASKS

  • Responsible for the conception, planning and implementation of multi-channel marketing measures for various PAYBACK partners (primarily retail)
  • Implementation of customer communication according to target groups and within defined processes with a focus on print mailings, newsletter campaigns, onsite & mobile advertising material
  • Coordination of advertising material and marketing campaigns with internal departments and external interfaces (agencies and partners)
  • Qualitative and quantitative analysis of campaigns and regular derivation of optimisation potential with the aim of increasing performance
  • Creating sales-supporting documents and giving presentations, including to partners

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a university degree with a focus on marketing or a comparable qualification
  • You have at least three years of relevant professional experience in direct marketing (offline, online, mobile) on the corporate side, preferably in the retail sector
  • You have experience in project and process management as well as in the conception (incl. creation of sales presentations) and implementation of 360° campaigns
  • You have a hands-on mentality and strong presentation skills
  • You have experience in managing agencies and interfaces
  • KPIs, CPO, CPM, customer journey are no foreign words for you
  • You are a strong communicator, results-orientated and show initiative
  • You are characterised by creativity, organisational skills and assertiveness as well as a structured way of working
  • Analytical skills round off your profile
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
