Key Responsibilities :

• Tool Administration and Optimization : Define and execute the ITSM tooling strategy and roadmap to align with business objectives. Ensure high availability, stability, and performance of ITSM tools.
• Process Enablement and Automation : Design and implement automated workflows, improve ITSM tools with automation, AI integrations, and enhance knowledge management and self-service features.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management : Build strong relationships with ITSM Process Owners, stakeholders, and external partners to align strategy with business needs.
• Reporting and Data Insights : Create reports and dashboards to monitor ITSM process performance, measure success with KPIs, and identify trends for continuous improvement.
• Capability Building and Knowledge Management : Develop and deliver training programs, promote knowledge sharing, and drive process adoption to enhance ITSM efficiency.

Your Profile :

• Education : Bachelor's degree in IT or Information Management.
• Certifications : ITIL v4 Foundation (or strong understanding of ITIL).
• Experience : 5 years in ITSM tooling, including administration, automation, and integrations.
• Leadership Skills : Strategic thinking, influencing, stakeholder management.
• Technical Skills : PowerShell / Python scripting, API integrations, IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), CMDB implementation.
• Soft Skills : Problem-solving, collaboration, communication, business process management.
• Language : Good English skills (spoken and written).
