Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead technical sales initiatives, drive new business opportunities, and manage customer-facing projects. This position plays a key role in delivering customized technical proposals, pricing strategies, and integrated marketing activities to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Develop and present technical proposals tailored to customer requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams from pre-sales through delivery.
  • Prepare and negotiate pricing and quotations based on business strategy and cost analysis.
  • Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with customer expectations.
  • Execute marketing activities, including product positioning, promotional strategies, and customer engagement campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or project management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with technical and commercial complexity.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English (both written and spoken).
