Customer Service Advisor – Complaints Management (all genders)

Join JPMorgan & Chase Co. at our newest European hub for Chase bank in Berlin. We are expanding and looking for passionate Complaints Management Specialists to help us resolve customer complaints and create exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle complaints from customers and regulatory authorities in Germany.
  • Develop solutions to complex customer inquiries, collaborating with internal departments.
  • Create a fair, transparent, and consistent customer experience, ensuring exceptional service via phone and written communication.
  • Act as a specialist in complaint processing.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in complaint management within a financial institution in the German-speaking market.
  • Completed banking apprenticeship or similar education.
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and conversational English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to make customers feel valued and heard, with problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
