Responsibilities

  1. Support Senior Sales Management in developing and executing country-specific commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and optimize distributor performance across Western Europe.
  2. Build and manage relationships with regional distributors, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, sales targets, and market potential.
  3. Oversee key commercial activities, initially working alongside senior leadership and progressively taking full ownership of planning, execution, and performance management.
  4. Conduct detailed market and competitive analyses to identify business opportunities, pricing strategies, and emerging trends, translating insights into actionable plans.
  5. Drive the strategic and sustainable integration of new acquisitions into the regional distribution network, collaborating with internal teams such as regulatory, supply chain, and marketing.
  6. Ensure compliance with European pharmaceutical regulations and distributor agreements, monitoring performance and adherence to industry standards.
  7. Engage with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, regulatory authorities, and trade associations, to strengthen market access and business continuity.
  8. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance visibility and foster new business opportunities in Western Europe.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or alliance management within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, including distribution models, market access strategies, and regulatory requirements.
  4. Proven ability to manage distributor partnerships, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth in a competitive landscape.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic, results-driven approach.
  6. Strong intercultural competence and experience working with cross-functional, international teams.
  7. Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in another major European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, or Italian) is a strong advantage.
  8. A persuasive and resilient professional with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  9. Willingness to travel within Western Europe as required.
