We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager (Freelancer) for our client. You will play a vital role in supporting the Microsoft team, working in a dynamic environment within a leading European company. Your focus will be on improving the European marketing campaign project management.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Campaign Support: Assist the European Marketing Manager in coordinating go-to-market (GTM) projects and marketing campaigns across 31 countries. Interpret campaign briefs and develop actionable project plans to ensure successful execution.
  2. Content Coordination: Refine and adapt marketing content for various channels, focusing on social media and digital platforms. Customize content to fit local markets, ensuring engagement and message consistency.
  3. Campaign Management: Use project management tools (e.g., Wrike) to update workflows, create and assign tasks, and oversee campaign development and execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  4. Translation Implementation: Manage translation processes using our tools, ensuring accurate translations and timely delivery for local campaign execution.
  5. Communication: Act as the central contact between the central marketing team and local managers, ensuring clear communication, awareness of timelines, and alignment on campaign activities.
  6. Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign KPIs, analyze performance data, and provide insights to optimize current and future campaigns.
  7. Data Collection & Compliance: Gather campaign data, proofs of execution, and handle vendor claim paperwork, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
  8. Reporting: Prepare reports on campaign outcomes, project statuses, and key learnings for stakeholders.

Your Profile

  • Degree in communication management, marketing management, project management, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven project management experience in digital marketing.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Experience with project management tools (preferably Wrike).
  • Solution-oriented and quality-conscious approach.
