Job Description

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to support our team across various HR functions. Your responsibilities will include:

1. First Point of Contact: Supporting employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle in personnel-related matters.
2. Employee Engagement & Communication: Facilitating regular employee appraisals and discussing individual development plans.
3. Employee Experience: Developing experience design to shape corporate culture through feedback, positive atmosphere, and collaboration. Implementing measures and analyzing their effectiveness.
4. Sparring Partner for Managers: Assisting departments with organizational changes and change management ideas.
5. Day-to-day HR Processes: Managing onboarding, employment contracts, certificates, references, and other routine tasks.
6. HR Operations: Developing and ensuring compliance with operational HR processes for efficiency.
7. Projects & Topics: Leading projects to develop the HR department further.

Your Profile

• Team player with a strong sense for people, adaptable communication, empathetic, and professional.
• At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or Manager, ideally in a growth environment. Previous managerial experience is a plus.
• Organized, able to prioritize independently, pragmatic, creative, responsive, and reliable.
• Active listener, motivational, and persuasive.
• Degree in (business) psychology, economics, humanities, education, or similar.
• Solid understanding of labor law and HR software (preferably Personio).
• Fluent in German and very good English skills.
