David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking a Freelance Recruitment Partner to join our team. If you're passionate about connecting talented individuals with client needs, we want to hear from you! This freelance role offers a commission-based structure, with earnings directly tied to successful candidate placements.

Position: Freelance Recruitment Partner

Location: Remote

Employment type: Freelance - able to invoice

Remuneration: Commission per placed candidate

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various channels like job boards, social media, and networking to find and attract top candidates
• Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and identify the best fit for roles
• Collaborate with our Service Delivery Manager and Managing Director to ensure smooth recruitment processes
• Maintain a steady pipeline of talented candidates and build lasting relationships
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Keep candidate profiles updated in our ATS for future reference

Requirements:

• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Ability to source candidates both within and outside of Germany
• Experience recruiting internationally and flexibility with roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Strong time management, responsiveness, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques (nice to have)
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software (a bonus)
