Join our success story as Sales Representative Benelux (m/f/d) and contribute your ideas and commitment!

  • Acquire new customers and provide both commercial and technical support to existing clients, including traveling
  • Analyze markets to identify new trends and developments
  • Support technical product demonstrations to secure new projects
  • Develop coating solutions in collaboration with customers and technical teams
  • Negotiate prices and contracts
  • Handle complaints in coordination with internal departments
  • Manage customer relationships and projects using a CRM system

Qualifications:

  • Degree in a technical or commercial field (e.g., Industrial Engineering) or relevant training (e.g., paint technician with commercial experience)
  • Several years of sales experience with explanation-intensive products, ideally in the chemical industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Fluent in Flemish and Dutch; business proficiency in English; German and French skills are a plus
  • Strong technical affinity and solution-oriented approach to customer needs
  • High level of commitment and entrepreneurial spirit within the company
