Full Sales Cycle Ownership: You develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for your assigned customer segment, covering all stages from lead generation and qualification to successful deal closure.

Achieve Tangible Results: You are a trailblazer, generating tangible results and establishing a strong foundation for success within a new market vertical.

Navigate B2B and B2B2C Sales: You excel at identifying key decision-makers within complex organizations and guiding them through the sales process, even in uncharted territory.

Be a Market Pioneer: You take ownership of a new customer segment, including market analysis, value proposition development, and sales execution based on gridX's product portfolio. You use your learnings to build a scalable sales process for specific segments.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: You contribute to the ongoing refinement of gridX's sales processes and methodologies, sharing best practices and insights with the Growth team.

Industry Expertise: You stay up to date with industry trends and competitive dynamics, proactively adapting your strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

This is how you and your application stand out:

  • You have at least 3-5 years of experience in the energy or green tech sector with a proven track record in business development, venture building, or a similar role requiring strong analytical, commercial skills, and strategic execution.
  • You have an exploratory mindset and can manage internal expectations and goals simultaneously.
  • You are a results-oriented executor who thrives on testing ideas in the market quickly and adapting strategies to meet specific customer needs.
  • You can perform in a new environment without predefined end-to-end processes and structures.
  • You navigate complex situations with ease, effectively managing internal and external dependencies through exceptional organizational skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • You possess a deep understanding of the renewable energy landscape, including current technologies, market trends, and challenges.
