Responsibilities :
- Understand customer requirements regarding their SAP Landscape and facilitate solutions and technical services, aligning with the SAP backend support (TechOps) team on the SAP RISE Platform.
- The dCEM is the primary SPOC for RISE customers, engaging regularly to provide guidance on their SAP Landscape's functioning and maintenance (planned/unplanned).
- The DCEM team collaborates closely with SAP IAE, CAA, TSM, and CDM teams to ensure customers have all necessary guidance and information for their SAP Landscape's operation and planning.
- The SAP RISE Platform offers all the latest SAP Technologies (Products), with options for customers to select their preferred Hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- This role is customer-facing and requires participation in meetings, answering technical queries, and presenting assessments.
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in English (B2 level) and German (B2 level).
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
