To support our Shipmanagement at the next possible time we are looking for a Technical Purchaser (m / f / d).

Your tasks and responsibilities :

• Procurement of spare parts consumables and services worldwide in close cooperation with our Technical Superintendents and the ships command
• Obtaining and reviewing quotations
• Cooperation with suppliers in the context of price negotiations and network maintenance
• Planning and coordination of efficient transports to the vessels
• Planning and coordination of various services (e.g. machinery overhauls)
• Planning and processing (bulk) orders for class renewal in consultation with the responsible Technical Superintendent

Your profile

• Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship (ideally shipping or logistics related)
• Professional experience as Technical Purchaser or in a comparable position (e.g. with suppliers)
• Very good selforganisation
• A selfdependent and conscientious way of working
• Fluent written and spoken business English
• Wellfounded user knowledge in MS Office
