What you will do:

Be the ultimate responsible for the asset to maximize profitability, managing:

  • P&L and key drivers linked to asset value creation
  • Project SPVs
  • Key contracts and obligations
  • Shareholders and stakeholders’ relationships

You will be the focal point for all asset-related matters, coordinating support from other departments and leading initiatives to ensure long-term asset returns.

Main Accountabilities

  1. P&L and Financial Management: Coordinate budget preparation, support management reporting, monitor performance, and ensure proper action plans with departments.
  2. Environmental, Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with laws and internal requirements, lead audits and environmental restrictions.
  3. Operation & Maintenance: Review technical performance with O&M teams, including availability and incidents.
  4. Contract Management: Manage contractual obligations with subcontractors and grid connection providers.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Lead relationships with stakeholders, manage communication, claims, and institutional affairs.
  6. Land Lease Management: Maintain relationships with landowners, negotiate agreements, and manage payments.
  7. Energy Management: Monitor PPA compliance, energy measurement, and related contracts.
  8. Insurance Management: Handle incident claims and follow-up with insurers.
  9. SPV Administration and Shareholders: Collaborate on SPV operations, report to shareholders, and manage asset sale processes if needed.
  10. Business Efficiency: Track asset performance, identify improvement opportunities, and lead cost reduction projects.

What we are looking for:

  • Academic Level: Business School, Engineering, or University Degree
  • Professional Experience: 5 years in project management, construction, or O&M roles
  • Languages: [Specify if needed]
  • Skills / Competences: Communication, collaboration, problem-solving, stakeholder management, project management, leadership, and a global vision
