About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of a variety of HR core-tasks, supporting management and employees with expert advice on all HR-related matters. Responsibilities include managing budgets, overseeing Performance and Talent Management processes for your departments, and leading Works Council relations as a subject matter expert in our German team. This role offers the opportunity to influence business strategy and contribute to a rapidly growing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.
- Works Council Relations: Drafting works agreements, providing ongoing information about organizational changes and new tools.
- Position & Workforce Planning: Support management in company structure, job design, workforce forecasting, and budgeting.
- HR Administration: Ensure timely and efficient execution of HR administrative tasks.
- Policy Development: Contribute to the creation and implementation of HR policies aligning with corporate goals and industry standards.
- Project Leadership: Lead and participate in HR projects to enhance internal processes.

Your Profile
- Education: Degree in Law
- Experience: Extensive HRBP experience, preferably in data center, tech, telecommunications, or IT industries.
- Labor Law Expertise: Deep knowledge of labor law and experience with works council relations.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiar with time and attendance systems, shift patterns, MS Office, and HRIS systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Independent & Detail-Oriented: Capable of working independently with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Languages: Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
