MSL Medical Scientist Liaison mfd

We are looking for an MSL to join and strengthen our team in Aachen.

Responsibilities

1. Act as a field-based reference point for non-promotional scientific and clinical expertise to the field force.
2. Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with medical specialists and healthcare professionals, utilizing superior therapy area and product knowledge to engage through non-promotional, evidence-based scientific dialogue and presentations. Discuss scientific research concepts with investigators.
3. Provide medical support to internal teams, including identifying HCPs and Advisory Board members.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to support meetings by collecting and interpreting insights, competitive intelligence, and results. Maintain close cross-functional cooperation with clinical teams, medical colleagues, and Sales & Marketing.
5. Identify and track potential research opportunities aligned with PAION's development objectives through facilitating IITs and other research projects.
6. Implement and support scientific projects according to global strategies, including registries, epidemiology projects, or preclinical research.
7. Ensure compliance with prevailing legislation and Medical Compliance requirements.

Your profile

1. Background in Medicine or Natural Sciences.
2. Experience in Anaesthesia, Intensive Care, or Infectious Diseases.
3. At least 5 years of pharmaceutical experience in Medical Affairs, with a thorough understanding of the industry appreciated.
4. Willingness to travel up to 20%.
5. Ability to understand, communicate, and present scientific information to a high standard.
6. Strong networking capabilities with KOLs and a customer-focused approach.
7. Self-organization, independence, reliability, and solution-oriented working style.
8. Excellent medical writing skills and precise expressiveness.
9. Fluent in English and German; proficiency in Dutch is an advantage.
