What you'll do

  • Develop and implement innovative change management frameworks to support IT-driven transformations, addressing resistance and aligning initiatives with business goals and employee needs
  • Craft and execute engaging internal communication strategies, manage corporate social media channels, and organize impactful events like town halls and workshops to ensure transparency and employee engagement
  • Produce compelling content for newsletters, intranet updates, presentations, and other communication platforms to effectively convey key messages and drive alignment
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and project teams, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to secure alignment and support for change initiatives
  • Monitor the success of change and communication efforts through analytics and feedback, continuously refining strategies to enhance impact and effectiveness

Who you are

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field, setting the stage for your expertise
  • A solid track record in change management and internal communications, ideally within IT or tech-driven environments, showcasing your ability to thrive in dynamic setting
  • Outstanding project management capabilities to juggle multiple priorities, paired with excellent English communication skills—bonus points for additional languages!
  • Proficiency in corporate social media platforms, intranet tools, and communication technologies to deliver impactful messaging
  • A flair for crafting innovative content, combined with strong interpersonal skills to influence and inspire diverse teams
