Responsibilities

1. Manage the contract chain, delivery review, delivery operations, and exception handling for sales projects within the sales unit.
2. Oversee delivery organization support, operational monitoring, and business analysis for the sales unit, while being accountable for its delivery performance metrics.
3. Fulfill the delivery management function within the supply chain system, driving improvements to the delivery requirement management framework to better align with customer needs and optimize resource efficiency.
4. Support the development of the delivery system to enhance overall delivery capabilities.

Qualifications

1. Knowledge of computer / server products and processes, with an understanding of workflow management principles.
2. Familiarity with supply chain operations, sales project management processes, and related business practices.
3. Proficiency in Office software and systems, coupled with strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
