Overview

The Cyber Incident Data team focuses on collecting and verifying data based on established methodologies and sources. This team supports the Cyber Risk Score product, a data-driven rating that provides visibility into an organization's cyber readiness and resilience by assessing ongoing actions to identify, manage, and mitigate cyber risks across external technology networks.

Responsibilities

• Search for, collect, and verify data for entities based on established collection methodologies and acceptable sources.
• Attend internal/client queries and requests to ensure data is aligned with methodology and policy guidelines.
• Comply with work process standards to ensure data quality.
• Meet turn-around goals for work assignments.
• Escalate nuanced data disclosure issues as needed.
• Perform root-cause analysis if data issues are identified.
• Update internal documents for performance metrics monitoring.
• Participate in committees, projects, or tasks beyond core responsibilities.
• Maintain paper and electronic files as per policies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Analytics, Technology, Computer Applications, Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills; ability to thrive in multicultural environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines.
• Fast learner, capable of mastering new concepts quickly.
• Willing to work flexible hours as required.
• Experience in data collection, analysis, corporate governance, or business research is a plus.
• This is a non-technical, entry-level role open to fresh graduates.
