Work closely with the business teams to understand their requirements.
Handle client queries and support various user requirements (new developments and modifications) in the existing application landscape.
Coordinate between the Information System, Basis, and IT Infrastructure teams to ensure continuity of support activities.
Knowledge of business processes related to Project Management, Sales, Material Management, and Production Planning.
Exposure to SAP Solution Manager for transporting configurations or custom developments from DEV to PRD.
Support SAP PS support calls adhering to SLA.
Mentor other team members in functional and technical aspects.
Provide and review documentation as required throughout various stages of the document lifecycle.
Understand detailed technical specifications and identify issues impacting performance.
Prepare and maintain documentation for technical developments (Technical Specifications).
Monitor process chains and background jobs.
Possess good communication skills and a positive attitude.
