TAKKT Group is looking for motivated employees to strengthen the team in Stuttgart as Senior Manager Ecommerce in Onsite Search to shape the future of work together!

Tasks:

• Performance Optimization of AI Onsite Search technology: Monitor, analyze, and optimize data platform performance to ensure optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Drive the adoption and business integration of Google Vertex AI services and especially Search for Retail, ensuring the technology meets key business needs and delivers measurable results.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design and execute ecommerce solutions that support strategic business goals, improving operational efficiencies and customer engagement.
• Develop and execute data-driven merchandising across the webshop including product placement, promotions, and campaigns, while monitoring industry trends and competitors to improve visibility and sales.

Profile:

• Deep understanding of e-commerce operations and how they align with business strategies.
• Ability to quickly grasp and comprehend complex technical concepts.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a project setup and managing stakeholders.
• Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and basic SEO knowledge.
• Knowledge of user behavior analytics (GTM, GA4) and strategies to mitigate pipeline disruptions, driving business insights and decision-making.
• Basic knowledge in Java, HTML, HTTP, and JSON enabling collaboration with technical teams.
• Proficient in German at a business fluent level, both written and spoken.
