Key Responsibilities

  1. Media Buying and Optimization: Plan, execute, and optimize media buying campaigns across multiple channels, including direct buys with publishers and adult ad networks such as Exoclick, TrafficJunky, TrafficStars, Adsterra.
  2. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics tools to monitor ad performance, conduct A/B tests, and make data-driven decisions to maximize campaign efficiency and ROI.
  3. Automation and Tools: Implement automation tools to enhance campaign management and streamline processes.
  4. Creative Testing and Optimization: Continuously test and optimize ad creatives based on performance metrics and market feedback.
  5. Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with publishers, ad networks, and partners to secure favorable ad placements and negotiate terms.
  6. Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and platform policy changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
  7. Reporting and Analysis: Generate performance reports, analyze data, and provide insights for strategy refinement.
  8. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure campaigns comply with platform regulations and manage risks, especially regarding adult content.
  9. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in adult industry media buying with proven success on platforms like Exoclick, TrafficJunky, and TrafficStars.
  10. Analytical Skills: Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics and Voluum to monitor and optimize campaigns.
  11. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ad formats such as banners, preroll, push traffic, and others.
  12. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and build long-term partnerships with publishers and networks.
  13. Creative Optimization: Expertise in testing creatives and managing ad fatigue.
  14. Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt strategies to changing market conditions and regulations.
