You will be joining an expanding team responsible for the operation and support of the customer's telecom infrastructure. This role involves hands-on management of Avaya communication systems and related technologies, ensuring system reliability, performing IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change), and supporting end users and service desk requests.
Key Responsibilities :
You’ll manage all IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) requests, deliver Level 2 / 3 support for Avaya Communication Servers, Media Gateways and Backup Servers, and oversee system health by monitoring alerts, applying patches, running backups and preventive maintenance. You’ll coordinate any changes affecting the Avaya UC environment, handle incident resolution through our reporting tool from start to finish, and promptly address service‑desk tickets, keeping accurate documentation throughout.
