Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with customers to understand their problems and challenges
2. Design innovative solutions utilizing our platforms and products
3. Work with engineering teams to deliver and verify solutions
4. Support customers and internal teams throughout the software development lifecycle
5. Design and deliver core platform enhancements with engineering teams to meet business needs

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in software engineering or related discipline
• Experience in building or designing software solutions in n-tier architectures
• Customer-facing experience
• Experience with REST or SOAP APIs
• Knowledge of enterprise message queues such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ, etc.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker, Podman, Kubernetes
• Satellite Communications experience is a plus
