Job Description:

Fruchthansa UK Ltd., based in the UNITED KINGDOM, is the newly founded subsidiary of the Fruchthansa Group, headquartered in Germany.

We are currently looking for a local Office & Supply Chain Manager to build up and develop our base in the UK.

The responsibilities include:

• Working as a local employee for Fruchthansa UK Ltd.
• Being the first point of contact for UK-based stakeholders.
• Supporting the setup and development of Fruchthansa UK, working closely with the German team.
• Collaborating with local partners for clear communication and strong relationships.
• Building long-term partnerships with service providers and ensuring smooth operations.
• Managing and developing customer relationships (CRM) locally.
• Ensuring operational flow across the supply chain with a hands-on approach.
• Supporting product quality and freshness through a holistic supply chain view.
• Coordinating international logistics with teams in Germany.
• Advising customers on volume planning and operational issues.
• Representing Fruchthansa at trade shows and meetings with logistics partners.

Qualifications include:

• Residence in the United Kingdom.
• Background in business, logistics, or commercial training (e.g., apprenticeship or studies in procurement, business administration).
• Experience in supply chain management and/or sales, preferably within trade or food industry.
• Strong organizational and solution-oriented skills.
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, independent work style with ownership motivation.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Enthusiasm for fruit and vegetables.
