We are looking for you! A Site Manager (m/f/x) for our location in Egelsbach.

Are you on it? Your tasks:

• Responsible for planning, implementing, and controlling the necessary measures to successfully manage the site, as well as continuously optimizing all existing processes.
• Accountable for partnership-based employee leadership and targeted communication across all areas and levels.
• Supporting, monitoring, and preparing the budget, including forecast planning.
• Monitoring productivity and costs as a matter of course for you.

Profile

Your profile:

• You have a degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in logistics, ideally with complex customer solutions.
• Leadership experience in a similar position.
• Excellent SAP skills, deep understanding of logistics processes, and knowledge of lean management, KVP measures, with a strong customer orientation focusing on quality and costs.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
