Engineering Lead

What You'll Bring to the Role:

• Over 3+ years of experience in (agile) software engineering.
• More than 2+ years’ experience building AWS data pipelines using technologies like Apache Kafka, Kinesis, Lambda, Redshift, DynamoDB, SQS, and S3.
• Hands-on experience managing large data volumes in a cloud-native environment.
• A proactive, can-do attitude among team members.
• A good balance of technical excellence and pragmatism.
• Ability to respond effectively to operational challenges.
• Willingness to travel between different offices.
• Fluency in English.
