Domain/Function Description:

The Devices & Platforms (D&P) procurement domain holds global commercial responsibility for categories including Device Partnerships, Home Devices & Services, and TV & Communication Services.

Your Responsibilities

As a Strategic Sourcer (m/f), you will primarily handle transversal tasks within the Digital Home Devices (DHD) category, such as boxes, and lead procurement projects of varying complexity at both corporate and local levels. You will manage relationships with suppliers of different sizes, develop and maintain transversal tools, and collaborate with related teams like risk management and demand planning. You will drive the execution of global category strategies and define project strategies.

You will also be responsible for achieving targets and supporting countries throughout the contract lifecycle. Your duties include:

• Conducting transversal activities: market intelligence, benchmarking, spend and risk management, anti-trust reviews, supplier reviews, price monitoring, and market share analysis.
• Managing country demands as outlined in the Demand Plan Tool.
• Leading demand-based RFPs & RFQs and supporting countries during implementation.
• Defining and executing cost optimization strategies.
• Controlling contracts actively and managing change requests.
• Contributing to category strategy development and documentation.

Your Profile

You hold a university degree or MBA in Procurement, Business Administration, Economics, Business Information Technology, or a similar qualification.

Additionally, you possess:

• At least 3 years of professional procurement experience.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunication or network technologies.
• Experience managing large projects in international organizations and stakeholder engagement.
• Good understanding of contract law.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-changing environment.
• A business development mindset.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluency in English and French; German is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft tools: PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI.
