The CoE HR Digital, Analytics & Transformation at Beiersdorf AG is responsible for running, optimizing, transforming, and innovating HR processes. We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep expertise in HR reporting and analytics, utilizing tools such as Power BI, SAP BW, and SuccessFactors Reporting. In this role, you will drive the development and implementation of data-driven solutions, working closely with HR stakeholders to understand reporting needs, designing solutions, and delivering actionable insights.
The role will report to the Head of Dig Development and Insights.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Design, develop, and maintain advanced HR reports and dashboards using Power BI, SAP BW, and SuccessFactors Reporting.
Analyze HR data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform HR strategy and business decisions.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting platforms.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Liaise with HR teams and Leadership to understand reporting requirements and translate business needs into digital requirements and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
Partner with IT teams to develop and deploy reporting solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and scalability.
Act as a subject matter expert, guiding stakeholders in leveraging reports and dashboards effectively.
Process Improvement & Automation
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR reporting processes for improved efficiency.
Enhance data visualization techniques to provide clear and actionable insights.
System Integration & Data Governance
Ensure seamless integration of HR systems for comprehensive reporting capabilities.
Maintain data security and compliance with organizational and legal standards.
Training & Support
Provide training to HR teams on using analytics tools and interpreting reports.
Support troubleshooting and resolve issues related to reporting and analytics.
Master/Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Proven experience in digital reporting and analytics, with proficiency in Power BI, SAP BW, and SuccessFactors Reporting.
Familiarity with data visualization best practices and principles of dashboard design.
Knowledge of HR processes and metrics, including recruitment, performance management, and employee retention will be a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
Proficiency in English is required; German language skills are a plus.
Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Power BI, SAP) is desirable.
